Exchange and Return Policy

We at Jovian want to make sure you have a smooth experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or refund under these points

  • request a return or refund within 2 days of receiving the item. During sale periods exchanges may not be available

  • the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it and the packaging must be intact. We may deny a return if the item shows signs of wear or damage

  • the customer covers the shipping fees for returns or exchanges

  • once we receive the item and check its condition we start the refund process
